Douglas Lipka

Douglas Lipka is a seasoned sales and sports management professional with extensive experience in regional sales and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Sales Manager at Industrious since February 2018, Douglas has held various roles within the company, showcasing a strong aptitude for leadership and sales management. Prior to this, Douglas was the Head Coach for Boys Varsity Lacrosse at Notre Dame Preparatory from 2014 to 2019, where notable achievements included three Arizona State Championships and significant program advancements. Douglas also gained valuable business operational skills as the Director of Business Operations at BLASR Inc. and co-directed a successful lacrosse franchise, driving growth and development in the sport across Arizona. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Sports Management from Belmont Abbey College.
