Laurel Lindberg has extensive experience in retail and management, currently serving as General Manager and previously as Community Manager at Industrious since December 2018. Prior roles include Store Manager at Marcus Lemonis Fashion Group from February 2017 to April 2018, where Laurel played a key role in operations during a transition of ownership and developed outreach strategies for customer engagement. Prior to that, Laurel was with Len from August 2011 to February 2017, starting as a sales associate and rapidly advancing to Store Manager, where responsibilities included staff development, budget management, and sales oversight. Laurel holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Minnesota, earned from 2007 to 2011.
