Michael Dunphy

Michael Dunphy is an accomplished editor and educator with extensive experience in publishing and writing. Currently serving as the Senior Editor of Hotel Dive at Industry Dive since February 2023, Michael has also held a long-term role as a Writing Instructor at Gotham Writers Workshop since September 2015, focusing on various writing disciplines. Previous positions include Senior Editorial Manager at Skyword, Copyeditor for the Regulatory Assistance Project, and Managing Editor for multiple magazines at Ten Thirty Media. Michael has served as Editor in Chief for The Montpelier Bridge, overseeing all aspects of newspaper production and community engagement. With a Master's degree in Publishing and Writing from Emerson College, Michael has contributed to notable publications like Fodor's Travel and Insight Guides, solidifying a strong foundation in editorial management and content development.
