Sandy Yang

Sandy Yang is the Business Insights Director at Industry Intelligence. Sandy has over ten years of experience in data engineering and data analysis.

Sandy started their career as a data engineer at Capital One in June 2018. There, they were responsible for data warehouse architecture, data cleansing, data mapping, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes. Sandy also worked with business unit managers to understand project scope and suggest possible alternatives. In October 2018, Sandy left Capital One to join Industry Intelligence as their Business Insights Director.

At Industry Intelligence, Sandy is responsible for managing and analyzing data to help the company make better business decisions. Sandy also works with internal teams to test the migration process from legacy systems to AWS cloud snowflake. Additionally, Sandy has created and maintained source codes in GitHub, kept track of source code changes, and explored and shared the changes of coding scripts and notes in GitHub.

Sandy Yang has a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Sandy Yang reports to Rami Ghandour, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Chelsey Quick - VP, Client Success, Darwin Yang - VP, Infrastructure, and Jing Xie - VP, Finance.
