Matthew Cecil 👋🏼

Matthew Cecil serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Industry, a company dedicated to supporting hospitality professionals in branding themselves and connecting with mentors. Prior to this role, Matthew co-founded and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at JPMorgan Chase. Matthew's early career includes serving as Vice President of University Affairs and Chief Academic Officer at Associated Students, San Diego State University, where leadership was demonstrated within a major student governance organization. Additionally, Matthew gained experience as a Team Trainer at Pat & Oscar’s, focusing on training new team members and promoting restaurant values. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University and studied briefly at the University of Oxford.
