The current state of unprecedented volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity calls for operational innovation and transformation. According to Deloitte, 86% of companies acknowledge that Industry 4.0 initiatives will be the key driver of operational excellence, yet only 18% executed at least one complete transformation. Adoption of Industry 4.0 remains low due to lack of understanding, skills, deployment knowledge and clarity on impact, ROI and sustainability. The time for change is long overdue.
