Mathilde Connac

Mathilde Connac has a wealth of experience in the field of HR, having held various roles in different companies. Mathilde currently serves as the VP People & Culture/DRH at Indy, where Mathilde manages a team of 12 people and oversees the HR function for a team of 250 employees. Prior to this, Mathilde was the HR Director France at Flink, where Mathilde successfully helped grow the team from 0 to 1200 employees across 20 locations. Mathilde also has experience working at JobTeaser and Sarenza in HR management roles. With a Master's degree from KEDGE Business School and international experience from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mathilde brings a diverse and extensive skill set to their HR roles.
