Derek Small is an experienced leader in the field of identity management and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Partner Development at IndyKite since October 2024. Prior to this role, Derek founded and served as President of 3Edges, a pioneering no-code/low-code dynamic authorization platform, from June 2020 to December 2024. As the CEO and Founder of Nulli Identity Management since April 1994, Derek has established the company as a leading authority in Identity and Access Management. Derek's extensive background includes key positions with ForgeRock and Ping Identity, where Nulli was recognized as an accredited delivery partner, as well as partnerships with Oracle and Sun Microsystems in professional services for identity management. Derek began a career in systems analysis with ExxonMobil and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Economics from the University of Windsor.
