60% of vendor MDF goes unclaimed each cycle. For most MSPs managing 8–15 vendor relationships, that's six figures sitting in vendor portals — unclaimed, because nobody has a structured way to see it.

indyrct is built to fix that.

Partner Compass is our Vendor Strategy as a Service programme. It starts with a Vendor Ecosystem Audit — a structured 2-month diagnostic that produces five written deliverables and replaces guesswork with your actual numbers. Phases 2–4 build and execute the strategy over 12 months. Every engagement is led personally by Craig Bovaird, who has spent 20+ years running partner programmes generating $500M+ in annual channel revenue.

Cotillion CORE is the automation platform being built alongside it — handling the workflows MSPs and vendors repeat manually across multiple vendor portals: deal registration, MDF tracking, rebate management, and certification tracking.
