Paul Mitchell

Paul Mitchell is the Technical Director of Planning at INECO, a position they have held since 2023. They have previous experience as the Director of Major Projects at City Plan Strategy and Development from 2017 to 2025 and served as the Managing Director at EMGA Mitchell McLennan from 2008 to 2012. Paul is recognized as a leader in town planning, having managed various consultancy practices and held the role of CEO at CARE Australia and President of the International Council on Mining and Metals. In 2004, they were admitted to the Order of Australia for their contributions to community service and environmental resource management. Paul holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and an MAppSc in Engineering/Environmental Geology from UNSW Australia.
