Jose Teran has extensive experience in economic analysis, particularly in the area of supply and demand balances for goods and services within the Mexican economy. Currently serving as Director de Insumo-Producto at INEGI Informa since May 2008, Jose collaborates on the generation of supply and demand balances and the calculation of trade, transportation margins, and taxes. Jose previously held the position of jefe de departamento de margenes de comercio y transporte e impuestos at INEGI from January 2002 to May 2008, contributing to the calculation of these margins to inform the GDP calculations for the reference years 2003 and 2008. Jose holds a degree in Economics from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, obtained between August 1995 and September 2000.
