Laura Koonce

Laura Koonce is an experienced educational professional specializing in instructional design and language education. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at InEight since November 2022, Laura has a robust background in program coordination, having worked at Woosong University from September 2014 to August 2022. Prior positions include ESOL Instructor roles at Portland State University and Clark College, alongside curriculum development at Pacific International Academy. Laura’s early career included service as an Arabic Linguist in the US Army from 2002 to 2004. Laura holds a Master’s degree in TESOL and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from Portland State University, and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
