Rick Rients

Rick Rients has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick started their career at Cray Research, Inc. in 1986, where they held the role of Mgr Financial Systems Planning. Rick then moved on to become a Financial Systems Manager at Cray Inc. in 1986. In 1996, they joined CSC, where they held multiple roles including Solution Architect and Partner, and stayed with the company until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Rick worked as a Client Engagement Partner at Tata Consultancy Services. Rick then founded their own company, Application Architecture Specialists, LLC, where they served as the Owner and Executive Partner from 2013 to 2014. Rick then joined Kiewit as the Director of Enterprise Architecture from 2014 to 2016. Rick subsequently worked at InEight as the Lead Product Delivery Consultant from 2016 to 2018, before being promoted to Director of Client Solutions at the same company in 2018.

Rick Rients completed an Associate's degree in Accounting at Hamilton Business College from 1977 to 1979. Rick later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Administration at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul from 1991 to 1992.
