Arvind Balaji

Arvind Balaji has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at India Nippon Electricals Limited since April 2022. Previously, Arvind held the same title at TI Fluid Systems from November 2019 to March 2022. Prior roles at Delphi-TVS included various managerial positions, showcasing a progressive career in HR from June 2010 to October 2019, where responsibilities encompassed employee confirmations, appraisals, recruitment, and employee engagement. Early experiences include HR trainee roles at companies such as Caterpillar India Pvt Ltd and Benzz Park, as well as a research project on transactional analysis at UCAL Fuel Systems. Arvind's career began in banking operations at Infosys BPO. Arvind holds a Master’s degree in Social Work specializing in HRM from Madras Christian College and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Sacred Heart College.
