INEMA’s strong operations background has allowed it to work effectively over the years in the various organizational consultancy sectors, whether in the industrial field or in the services field. Some business contexts more than others continue to be characterized (in terms of number of examples) by a constant drive for innovation and highly professional human resources; they are veritable sectors of excellence, and include:

INEMA’s task in these fields has been that of supporting the strategic and organizational development of its clients, having always defined clear and achievable goals, designed and implemented personalized plans of action, and carried out a systematic monitoring of results.

Since 1995 INEMA cooperates with several academic institutions in the development of applied research projects, such as the University of Bologna and the University of Milan "Bicocca". Moreover, from several years INEMA is an official partner of the Six Sigma Management Institute.
