Bill Bader

Bill Bader began their career in 1979 at Intel Corporation as the General Manager of SMTD, where they were responsible for technology development for board and system products. Bill was also responsible for support for new product introduction, globally, for all new board and system products. In 2009, they became the CEO of the International Electronics Manufacturing Initiative (iNEMI) consortia. In this role, they performed in-depth analysis of technology trends and gaps for the electronics manufacturing industry on a semi-annual basis. The global membership of 107 companies and/or research institutes had a total annual revenue in excess of $850B. Bill also drove collaborative R&D projects on key gaps and challenges.

Bill Bader received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
