Urmi Ray

Urmi Ray has worked in the technology industry for over 30 years. Urmi began their career in 1990 as a Technical Manager at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies. In 2001, they moved to Axsun Technologies as the Director of Quality and Reliability. In 2006, they joined Qualcomm as a Principal Engineer and Senior Staff Engineer. In 2017, they became the Senior Director at Statschippac. Urmi then moved to iNEMI in 2019 as the Mmwave Project Lead. Most recently, they were appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at Saras Micro Devices in 2021.

Urmi Ray obtained their Ph.D from Columbia University between 1983 and 1988. Urmi also obtained their MS from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur between 1982 and 1985. Urmi also attended GMGS.
