Scott Darby

Scott Darby has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Scott currently works at Inenco Group as a Solutions Engineer, where they produce carbon reports and helps companies move towards net zero. Prior to this, they worked at Nationwide Building Society in finance reconciliation from 2019 to 2023. Scott has also worked as a Community Development Coordinator at OCEANS Network, a Development Consultant at Yeheb Project, and a Project Manager at Initiatives of Change United Kingdom. Additionally, they served as the President of OCEANS Network and the ESAA Board Co-chair at Erasmus+ Student and Alumni Alliance. Scott also worked as a Conference Organiser at Initiatives of Change Switzerland and an Environmental Champion at Initiatives of Change. Their early work experience includes a role as an Energy & Environment Officer at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Throughout their career, Scott has had a strong focus on sustainability, energy management, and environmental initiatives.

Scott Darby completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Science from Bangor University, from 2006 to 2009. Scott then pursued two Master of Science (MSc) degrees simultaneously, one in Arid Land Studies from Texas Tech University and another in Arid Land Studies from The University of Sheffield, both from 2012 to 2014.
