Brian Bach

Brian Bach, M.B.A, currently serves as the Head of Procurement (Americas) at INEOS, overseeing procurement functions to ensure compliance and timely delivery for the US Aromatics business. Previous roles include Site Procurement Manager at INEOS, where Brian contributed to the site leadership team and managed procurement needs for the Cooper River site, and a Procurement Specialist at bp, focusing on CAPEX projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Contractor Services Category Manager and an Audit Manager at Archer Daniels Midland Company, where Brian managed contractor programs and developed audit programs for global teams. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from Millikin University and multiple finance-related degrees from Illinois State University.
