Chicheng

Chicheng Ma serves as a Process Chemist at INEOS since October 2023, following a 16-year tenure at ADM as Scientist V, focusing on heterogeneous catalysis projects involving hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis. Previous experience includes the role of Principal at Sunrise Chinese School from January 2011 to January 2014, and a postdoctoral position at the University of Kansas, where significant research led to the discovery of a new cobalt catalyst for p-xylene and the synthesis of catalyst ligands for hydrocarbon oxidation. As a Research Associate at the Institute of Process Engineering, CAS, research efforts centered on the synthesis of high purity nanoalumina. Chicheng Ma holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Marquette University, an M.S. in Inorganic Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Process, Chinese Academy of Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Qufu Normal University.
