Fabien Chalas

Fabien Chalas has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as Major Projects Director at INEOS since June 2018. Prior to this role, Fabien held various positions at Dow, including Associate Program Engineering Director and Engineering Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed significant large-scale projects, such as the Gulfstream Mega Project in the US Gulf Coast Area and a $1 billion investment program in partnership with a German company. Earlier career highlights include project engineering roles at Dow Chemical USA, Robert Bosch GmbH, and Valeo Engine Cooling, showcasing expertise in coordinating design, construction, and sales within the automotive and chemical industries. Fabien holds Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from both Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and INSA Lyon.
