Gordon Munro is an experienced engineer with a background in aircraft engineering and metering systems. Starting a career in the Royal Navy from June 2002 to April 2009, Gordon worked on the Lynx helicopter force in high-pressure environments. Subsequently, a self-employed contractor role as an Aircraft Engineer for DynCorp International in mid-2011 was followed by positions in metering engineering with INEOS and Petrofac, highlighting expertise in commissioning and maintenance both onshore and offshore. Gordon's recent role as Measurement & Analyser Engineer at INEOS began in June 2023, building on extensive experience gained at GORMUN ENGINEERING LTD from October 2019 to June 2023. Academic credentials include a BEng (Hons) in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the University of Teesside, earned in 2012.
