Jay Permenter

Jay Permenter, CTL, has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Logistics Operations Manager at INEOS since May 2001, with previous roles including Customer Service and Infrastructure Manager, Rail and Logistics Operations Team Lead, Site Logistics Team Leader, Olefins Development Coordinator, and Chemical Process/Manufacturing Technician. Prior to INEOS, Jay Permenter worked at Albemarle from April 1995 to May 2001 as a Chemical Process/Manufacturing Technician. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology from the University of Houston (2012-2014) and an Associate of Science from Alvin Community College (1991-1994).
