Leon Hayman is a seasoned Reliability Engineer with over a decade of experience at INEOS, beginning in November 2011. Prior to this role, Leon served as a Maintenance Reliability Engineer at Alpart from 1993 to 2009. Leon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, obtained between 1989 and 1993, and completed education at Vere Technical High from 1978 to 1982.
