Lynn Calder is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy and automotive sectors. Currently serving as CEO for both INEOS Automotive and INEOS Composites since January 2021, Lynn has previously held the role of Commercial Director at INEOS Phenol from October 2018 to January 2021 and CEO and Commercial Director at INEOS Shale from January 2017 to January 2021. Additional leadership experience includes serving as a Trustee for The Robert Gordon University Foundation from June 2013 to January 2021 and as Vice President at Lime Rock Partners from September 2008 to January 2017. Lynn's career began at Talisman Energy, where roles included Commercial Adviser/Non-Operated Interests Manager and Economist. Lynn holds a degree from Robert Gordon University, having studied there from 1998 to 2002.
