Mark Allison

Mark Allison is an experienced professional with a robust background in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Since January 2013, Mark has been with INEOS, initially serving as a Process Technician and progressing to Control Room Operator, Deputy Shift Manager, and currently as Shift Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory health, safety, and environmental (SHE) requirements, managing team performance, executing production plans, and responding effectively during emergencies. Prior to INEOS, Mark worked at Johnson Matthey from August 1998 to January 2013, where roles included Production Team Leader and Production Operator, focusing on operational standards and compliance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP). Mark's educational background includes studies at Falkirk College from 1995 to 1998.
