Mark McCann

Mark McCann possesses extensive experience in the petrochemical industry, currently serving as Shift Optimisation Leader at INEOS Grangemouth since August 2016. In this role, Mark is accountable for incident management, safety and security management, liaising with authorities, and addressing community complaints on a 24/7 basis. Prior to this position, Mark worked as a Shift Manager at Ineos since August 1996, and has 12 years of experience as a Control Room Operator, managing plant conditions for a gas and liquid cracker. Mark's early career included playing football for Greenock Morton Football Club from July 1993 to August 1996. Educational qualifications include an NVQ in Management from Forth Valley College and a degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of the West of Scotland.
