Mathias Els

Mathias Els is an experienced process engineering professional currently serving as Ingénieur études procédés at INEOS since March 2020. Prior to this, Mathias worked at SPI Pharma as Ingénieur projets, where responsibilities included monitoring wastewater treatment operations, optimizing treatment systems, budget estimation, and project management. Mathias also gained experience as a stagiaire at SPI Pharma, focusing on the optimization of vacuum rotary filtration processes. Early career development occurred at Linde Engineering through a student internship, providing exposure to various EPC project activities. Mathias holds a Master 2 degree in Génie des procédés from Aix-Marseille University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from DHBW Mannheim, complemented by an Abitur from Hallertau Gymnasium Wolnzach.
