Michael Crist

Michael Crist is a seasoned IT Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in various technology and operations roles. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Project Manager at Ineos since August 2011, Michael specializes in harmonizing business practices across multiple plant operations through the implementation of industry-standard software. Prior to this position, Michael worked at AccentCare as an Operations Technology Lead, where responsibilities included streamlining processes and establishing KPI metrics for nationwide healthcare operations. Additional experience includes management consulting roles at Texas Ventures, where successful transformations of eCommerce and Telecom companies were achieved, and positions in operations and engineering at Telco Communications, JG Van Dyke & Associates, First American Bank Metro Corporation, and Safeway. Michael holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Greenbelt Certification in Six Sigma, and a graduate degree in IT Project Management from Accenture Course Academy.
