Prior to that, Pascal worked as a Project Manager at Johnson Matthey, leading investment and construction projects from conception to commissioning. Pascal's mission centers on improving efficiency, safety, and sustainability in operations while fostering team development and driving innovation. Currently, Pascal is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Westfälische Hochschule.
