Phil Debusk

Phil DeBusk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems management and IT. Currently serving as the Business Systems Manager at INEOS since October 2013, Phil oversees the INEOS O&P USA applications portfolio and leads a team dedicated to the operation of critical business systems. Prior to this role, Phil worked as the Sr Applications/Projects Manager for INEOS O&P USA from May 2005 to October 2013, where responsibilities included managing projects and applications for the Olefins and Polymers division. Phil’s career began as an IT Specialist at Solvay Polymers/BP Solvay/Innovene/Ineos from 1988 to 2005. Phil’s educational background includes studies at San Jacinto from 1989 to 1992.
