Robert Catana has extensive experience in quality control and welding inspection, currently serving as a Welding Inspector at INEOS since February 2025. Prior roles include QC Inspector at Intertek from May 2020 to April 2025, and QC Inspector at Fincantieri Infrastructure from February 2021 to February 2022. Robert has also worked as a Welding Supervisor at Saipem from May 2018 to August 2019 and as a Welding Engineer at S.C. GRIRO SA from January 2017 to March 2018. Additionally, a position as QA/QC was held at P.A.B. România from December 2022 to September 2024. Academic credentials include a Licentiate degree and a Master’s degree in Welding Engineering Technology/Technician from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București, earned from 2009 to 2016.
