Simon Duffield

Simon Duffield is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and global health initiatives. Currently serving as the Global Head of Legal at INEOS, Simon previously held significant roles at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, where leadership included overseeing legal operations for the COVAX Facility, focusing on vaccine distribution and international negotiations. Simon’s earlier experience encompasses corporate counsel positions at Verisure and detailed legal involvement at Linklaters, where expertise in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance was developed. Simon's foundational legal education includes a BA in French and French literature from the University of Exeter, a GDL from BPP Law School, and a LPC from the College of Law.
