Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith has a diverse background in human resources and recruitment, beginning with a role as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Heritage Trails from December 2007 to December 2009. Following that, Stephanie served as an HR Coordinator at FCC Adams of Berne from March 2019 to September 2019, and worked as a Recruiting Specialist for Manpower between September 2019 and April 2020. Stephanie continued in recruitment as a Staffing Recruiter for a Recruiting Company from May 2021 to January 2025. In addition, Stephanie gained valuable experience as an HR Specialist at The GEO Group, Inc. from August 2013 to January 2018, and worked at Eaton - Hydraulics Business from January 2010 to January 2012. Currently, Stephanie is a Payroll Analyst at INEOS since January 2023. Stephanie earned a degree in Communication from Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne, completed in 2007.
