Tom Dyhouse

Tom Dyhouse has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Technical and Quality Manager for the Ashtabula Complex at INEOS since May 2019. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Cristal Global from June 2006 to May 2019, including Global Technical Improvement Manager, Project Lead, Operations Superintendent, Maintenance Superintendent, and Senior Engineer. Tom's earlier career includes roles such as Project Manager at Skanska USA Building Inc. and Process Engineering Superintendent at Millenium Inorganic Chemicals, where Tom also earned recognition as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Additional positions held at Millenium Chemicals, SCM Chemicals, and Westinghouse Electric Company further demonstrate Tom's strong background in manufacturing and process engineering. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Tom obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1990.
