Ola Odebäck

Ola Odebäck is currently the Director and Head of the Department for Economy and Governance at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner, where they support and drive the development of effective welfare services for municipalities and regions in Sweden. Previously, Ola has served as a Managing Director at Ramböll Management Consulting, focusing on public sector development, and as a Senior Advisor for Odebäck Gruppen AB, specializing in organizational development within the public sector. With a background in sociology and personal administration from Mittuniversitetet, Ola has also held various board member positions and has contributed significantly to digitalization and strategic advisory in public organizations.
