Omid Aval

Omid Aval is a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in the e-health sector and project management roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at Inera AB since 2016, Omid coordinates municipal e-health initiatives focused on developing digital services that enhance healthcare delivery. Prior engagements include significant roles as a Senior IT Project Manager and Scrum Master at a consulting firm, where Omid managed complex development projects using Agile methodologies. Previous positions also encompass leadership roles in business development within training institutions and as CEO of Smarticware AB, where Omid launched the EU ePassport Project. Omid holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
