Sofie Holmeland currently serves as a Tjänstespecialist for the Katalogtjänst HSA at Inera AB, focusing on content-related issues since January 2024. Previously, Sofie worked as a Farmaceut at various organizations including ApoEx, Tamro Sverige, APOTEKSTJÄNST SVERIGE AB, LloydsApotek, and Apoteket, providing medication support, technical control, and managing patient prescription inquiries from August 2016 to November 2023. Additionally, a master's thesis was conducted in collaboration with Inera AB, exploring the structure of medication orders in Swedish electronic health records to enhance semantic interoperability. Sofie is currently pursuing a joint master's degree in Health Informatics at both Karolinska Institutet and Stockholm University, following a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology from Linnaeus University.
