Eric Sinclair

Eric Sinclair is the Vice President of Administration at Inergroup Insourcing Solutions, where they focus on helping clients in distribution, 3PL, and manufacturing run profitable and efficient operations. Having started as a recruiter and rose through the ranks to their current position, Eric emphasizes process analysis and continuous improvement to ensure stable operations for clients. They previously served as an Assistant Football Coach at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where they cultivated leadership and dedication in team building. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Sciences at Texas Tech University and a Master’s degree in Sport Studies and Athletic Administration at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
