Ivana Trstenjak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ivana began their career at DIOKI d.d. Petrochemical & Processing Industry, where they worked as a Quality Control Manager and later as a Product development and application specialist. Ivana then moved to Enikon Composite as a Quality Assurance Engineer before joining Enikon Aerospace as a Group Quality Manager. Ivana continued their career at Institut IGH d.d. as an Assistant QM for Laboratory Testing and Calibrations. Ivana then worked at Dviation Group as a Quality Manager before joining Gideon Brothers as a Senior Hardware QA Engineer. Currently, Ivana holds the position of Head of Quality Management at INETEC.
Ivana Trstenjak's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology. Ivana completed their studies in 2004, earning a degree in Graduate Chemical Engineering with a focus on Materials Science, specifically Composite materials.
After their graduation, Ivana pursued further education and became an IRCA Approved ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Lead auditor through TEC Transnational, though the specific years of their enrollment and completion are not provided.
In 2013, they joined the Croatian Society for Quality to acquire a degree in EOQ Quality Manager. However, the completion year is not mentioned.

We also support new generations of engineers and experts, and we organize paid summer student internships and award prizes to top students each academic year. Our team consists of people who keep realizing their potential in the field of robotics, automation, mechanical engineering and software design, as well as electrical engineering and mechatronics.
