Erwan Jaud

Erwan Jaud has extensive experience in IT administration, specializing in SharePoint and system administration. Between December 2017 and January 2022, Erwan served as an Administrateur SharePoint at Inetum, managing N2/3 incidents, providing user support, writing technical documentation, and overseeing the functional administration of SharePoint environments. Currently, Erwan holds a position as Administrateur système at Inside Group since January 2022, continuing to handle incident management and documentation. Previous roles include working as a Technicien informatique at Gfi Informatique and Pôle emploi, with a focus on system administration and service desk support. Erwan holds a Bac+2 degree in network systems and telecommunications from Cesi Enterprise, obtained in 2011.
