Steve Way has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including 15 years in business analysis and sales operations, with a focus on rewards and sales incentives. They have held various roles at prominent companies, including BT Global Services and Capita, where they oversaw sales operations, performance reporting, and commission management. Currently, Steve serves as the Head of Sales Operations for Inetum, having previously contributed significantly to business operations at BT Media and Broadcast. Steve earned a BAHons degree in Music from The University of Salford.
