Syrina Alsabbagh

Syrina Alsabbagh is a seasoned professional in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as People Manager for the IT and Cybersécurité divisions at Inetum since November 2022. Prior to this role, Syrina worked as a Talent Business Partner and Talent Specialist at Micropole, focusing on recruitment in Data, Cloud, Data Science, and Cybersecurity fields. Experience includes a strong emphasis on the recruitment process, from need assessment to candidate management, as well as various HR projects. Earlier career stages involved internships specializing in IT & Digital at Morgan Philips Group, research at Laboratoire Parisien de Psychologie Sociale, and contributions to the field of workplace psychology. Syrina holds a Master’s degree in Work Psychology from Université Paris 8 and additional qualifications in Psychology from both Université Paris 8 and UQAM.
