Tom Claus is currently the Service Delivery Manager at Inetum and serves as a Scrum Master for an Azure platform team, where they utilize their expertise in agile methodologies to ensure project efficiency and quality. Previously, Tom was the Chief Operating Officer at AIM Productions from 2011 to 2020, where they managed development teams and upheld client relations. They also held roles as a Project Manager and Software Tester at AIM Productions. Additionally, Tom is the owner of Motus, further showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.
