Andy Milligan is the Founder and CTO of Infact, bringing 30 years of technical leadership experience and expertise in designing and scaling B2B SaaS cloud platforms. Previously, they served as the CTO and Head of Architecture for Experian's Consumer Information Services, where they directed technology transformation and managed a team to transition from legacy systems to modern cloud-native platforms. Their career includes significant roles at fintech firms Runpath and All My Plans, architecting solutions that contributed to UK Open Banking. Earlier experience at Microsoft involved leading the development of core components for .NET, Windows, and Azure, alongside early web development for CompuServe and UNIX development at Fujitsu ICL. Andy holds a BSc in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh.
