Eileen Ryan

Eileen Ryan obtained a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from University College Cork (UCC) and holds a Bachelor of Science in the same field. With over a decade of research experience at Monash University and the University of Melbourne, Eileen has become an expert in Mass Spectrometry applications for detecting and characterizing small drug molecules, metabolites, and lipids. Currently, Eileen serves as a Lecturer and Principal Investigator in Nutrition at UCC and is actively enhancing data analysis skills by learning Python and R. Eileen has also worked as a postdoctoral scientist and held various research positions across esteemed institutions, demonstrating strong capabilities in problem-solving, project management, and big data analysis.
