Eithne Egan

Eithne Egan has extensive experience in the arts and music sectors, having served as Executive Producer at Cork Midsummer Festival from 2009 to January 2013. Egan then became the Director of Operations and Communications at Music Generation from January 2013 to June 2015, where responsibilities included compiling reports, building stakeholder relationships, and coordinating events. Following this role, Egan was the General Manager at The Galway Music Residency from June 2015 to June 2018 and is currently the School Manager at University College Cork School of Film, Music & Theatre since July 2018. Prior experience also includes a position as General Manager at Opera 2005 from September 2003 to December 2008. Eithne Egan holds a Master of Arts in Renaissance Music from Queen's University Belfast, a Higher Diploma in Arts Administration, and a Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Arts in Music and English from University College Dublin, as well as a Diploma in Community and Group Music Teaching from the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
