Siobhán Cusack

Dr. Siobhán Cusack is the Director of Research Strategy and Projects at University College Cork (UCC), where they apply their extensive experience in research and academia to support UCC’s researchers. They graduated with a BA (Mod) in Genetics from Trinity College Dublin in 1996, followed by a PG Dip. in Statistics and an MSc in Genetics, before completing a PhD at UCC in 2004. Siobhán's career includes roles as UCC's Science Foundation Ireland Research Administrator, Clinical and Project Coordinator of the ELDERMET project, and Senior Research Officer, where they played a crucial part in managing significant research funding. Siobhán also served as Head of UCC's Student Records and Examinations Office, driving innovative advancements in student administration.
