Arjun Bajpai has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Arjun started their career in 2012 as a Business Development Executive at Matrix Cellular (International) Services Pvt. Ltd. In 2015, they joined Wingify as an Account Manager and then as an Account Development Manager. In 2017, they moved to StudyPad as a Sr. Inside Sales Manager. In 2019, they joined CustomerSuccessBox as Head Of Sales, and in 2022 they became Director Enterprise Accounts at inFeedo. Throughout their career, Arjun has been responsible for managing territories, coaching teams, helping customers, streamlining business growth initiatives, and reworking ROI models.
Arjun Bajpai has a varied educational background. Arjun attended Army Public School in New Delhi from 1995 to 2007. Arjun then received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lucknow University in 2010. Arjun subsequently pursued higher education, obtaining an Executive Diploma in International Business from Oxford Business College, a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Asian Business School/PTU, and a PGD in Media Management from Asian Academy of Film & Television, all in 2012. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills certification from Coursera in 2017, a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in 2019, and an Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot in 2017.
