Ankur Mukherjee

Ankur Mukherjee has a diverse work experience in the field of biostatistics and statistics. Ankur is currently working as an Associate Director of Biostatistics at Inference Inc since November 2021. Prior to this, Ankur worked as a Systems Analysis Lead & Statistician at Cytel from January 2020 to October 2021. Ankur also served as a Technical Lead - Statistics at Cytel Statistical Software and Services Pvt. Ltd. from November 2014 to December 2019. Before joining Cytel, Ankur was a Young Biotechnologist Award Fellow at the National Institue of BioMedical Genomics from May 2010 to October 2014. Ankur started their career as a Sr. Statistician at Cytel Statistical Software and Services Pvt. Ltd. from December 2008 to April 2010.

Ankur Mukherjee completed their education with a strong focus on statistics and statistical genetics. Ankur started by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from St. Xavier's College, which they attended from 1998 to 2001. Building on this foundation, Ankur pursued a Master of Science degree in Statistics at the University of Calcutta, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Finally, Ankur Mukherjee went on to complete their academic journey by obtaining a Ph.D. in Statistical Genetics from the University of Pittsburgh, which they attended from 2004 to 2008.
